  • Perform research activities to determine a list of possible vendors as required
  • Research pricing information and compare prices and quotations versus the offered quality
  • Contact each vendor and take information regarding price, availability and quality of the offered products or services
  • Arrange meetings with vendors to provide them with requirements
  • Confirm with the requestors to determine that the current offers are matching with their needs.
  • Monitor all purchase requisitions and handle adjustments with vendors
  • Monitor Purchases Through the Delivery Process
  • Process proof of delivery requests
  • Handle limited inventory management activities
  • Liaison with the accounting department to reconcile invoices and purchase orders
  • Create PO & PR on the system
  • Evaluate Supplier Performance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of purchasing procedures
  • Microsoft Operating System and Office Applications
  • Familiar with using ERP system
  • Excellent English level
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Background in purchasing is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and pro-active
  • Highly effective and persuasive communication skills
